On February 27, 2000, owner and designer Mark Shulte
brought his creation to Madeline Island and Ashland WI.
so Island officials and Ashland Rescue Officers could
evaluate the high powered emergency windsled. Below
photos are of the sled parked inside the La Pointe Harbor.

Next series of photos were taken at the boat landing near N.S.P. in Ashland WI.
Photo shows Mark Shulte powering the windsled
in open water just after he slid it off the trailer.
Below photos show Mark taking Island officials out for a test ride.
The sled handles great and the workmanship is excellent.
It makes a nice rescue platform that can be customized for your needs.
At the end of the day we were all impressed with its performance.
